On the go and need some sparkle? This special cleaning gel is a safe, effective formula, developed by a jeweler to easily clean jewelry and gems, quickly restoring the sparkle and shine that makes each piece so special.
Our Cleaner Pens are safe and effective on all metals and gems including soft, porous stones like opal. The only exceptions are Amber and Ethiopian Opals.

Instructions:
- Click pen until liquid appears on brush tip
- Brush cleaner onto jewelry
- Rinse well
- You may need to click pen several times before cleaner reaches brush.
- Rinse brush frequently to prevent clogging
- Repeat if necessary

Process & Shipping Time
SHIPPING: Most of our items are made to order due to the jewelry manufacturing process. Please refer above to the production lead time for each individual product.
- In stock pieces will be shipped out within 3 business days. If your order is a rush, please contact us and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.
- Please note expedited shipping refers only to the transit time once an item has shipped, not the production time. Purchasing expedited shipping guarantees two-day delivery after the item has been dispatched.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders, will require a 8-10 week production time. Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be canceled nor returned. We ship free UPS insured and offer priority or Express Mail within the US.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: All sales are FINAL. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. All exchanges require approval, please contact us with description and photograph.
NOTE: Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender’s expense).
